"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change"

MY APPROACH
My approach focuses on looking at the whole person, not just you as you are in the snapshot of this moment. We are all affected by our life experiences, which influence the way we see ourselves and the world around us.
I work with individuals experiencing a variety of issues including:
stress management
mood regulation
relationship issues
trauma and PTSD
work and school performance
depression and anxiety
I provide trauma-informed treatment and am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
